As a stroke specialist and neurointerventional surgeon, Dr. Moeini’s primary clinical interests include minimally invasive (endovascular) treatment of ischemic stroke, brain aneurysms, subarachnoid hemorrhage, subdural hematomas, carotid stenosis or dissection, intracranial atherosclerosis, and arteriovenous malformation. He is part of our multidisciplinary team who provides cutting edge neurointerventional services at Good Samaritan University Hospital, the first Comprehensive Stroke Center in the South Shore of Long Island.

Dr. Moeni was recruited to The Stroke and Brain Aneurysm Center of Long Island to additionally expand our program on minimally invasive treatment of migraines, who are not responding to medical management.
